Currently handling IPO team-Providing Support to the team in quality perspective, clarifying policy related doubts, involve in research related to mergers & acquisitions, Ipo’s, to ensure the coverage.
Currently involved in research, analysis and interpretation of fundamental financial data of Commercial, banking and insurance companies following US GAAP & IFRS.
Impart training to new team members, mentor and support them as and when required.
To closely monitor the Latest Newswires and capture Financial and management news of more than 10,000 Companies in USA market and other English speaking markets across the globe through sources such as Factiva, Reuters Station and websites of various Stock Exchanges on a daily basis.
Perform the sample audit to ensure the database quality level
Highlight the areas of concern where proper attention is required
Find various validation checks to be applied, so that at first stage itself errors can be avoided.

Collecting fundamental financial data from Balance sheet, Income statement, cash flow statement and notes part of company’s annual and interim reports and upload the same to oracle based tool for the purpose of analysis.
Analyzing the collected data as per the policies and guidelines set by the company.
Calculating book value, market capitalization, DPS, Net assets value, EPS, extraordinary items per share both pre-tax and after tax, Balance sheet related ratios, and Income statement related ratios
