We are looking for an Interior Designers/Architect to undertake a variety of space designing projects  for Balcony Gardens, Terrace Gardens, and Villa Landscaping. You will deal with the below activities: 

• Understanding the Client Requirement at Site 
• Conceptualizing and Designing the space,  
• Putting it together in a graphical format (2D/3D) 
• Creating Estimates 

The goal is to design practical spaces and get the client to approve the project. Since we are a start up there will be loads of responsibilities assigned and the candidate is expected to achieve the sales  targets. 

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Visit Client Sites (5-6 Per week) to understand their requirements, take measurements, and site images
• Undertake design of the project from concept stage 
• Define project requirements and prepare the “brief” 
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans 
• Set costs and project fees according to budget 
• Make Design Proposals and Estimates
• Follow-Up with the Clients regularly and push for conversion
• Achieve Sales Targets as assigned by the Management

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

• Experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and  new constructions) 
• A Go-getter and ready to move around the city to visit Client Sites 
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs • Excellent portfolio of previous works 
• Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design 
• Excellent communication and presentation skill 
• Project management skills 
• B. Arch or B. Des in Interior Design or B.Tech Civil
