A leading tech company is looking for Customer Care Executive who can join at their Bangalore location
Salary: 2 to 4 lakhs per annum
Shifts: Rotational shifts
Role / Responsibilities:
– Work diligently within an outbound call center making between 80-100 calls a day along with sending a similar amount of emails.
– Be comfortable making both warm and cold calls.
– Receive potential lead information through an internal database as well as research potential client information individually.
– Generating their own database of the target audience would be an added advantage.
– Perform data entry.
– Work within a manual as well as an auto-dialer system
– Collaborate with team members and provide daily reports.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Should be comfortable working rotational shifts.
– Should be comfortable extending their shift in order to meet the targets.
– Well-versed with MS-Office.
– Under graduates / Graduates in any stream
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in cold calling, appointment generation or lead generation
