Education: BE – Mechanical / Production/ Instrumentation / Automation / Control system
Minimum 5 years out of the total experience is required in selling condition based monitoring solution/vibration analyzers’/automation products to process manufacturing industries (Power, Food, Pharma, Chemical) in India.
.Good contacts in the process manufacturing sector.
Experience in channel sales is a plus.
Understand business objectives, sales & marketing strategy, customer acquisition strategy, and customer activation strategy and directly work with ————————-for all India regions.
Implement the above mentioned strategies for new and existing customers;
Keep in good contact with all customers, new and existing, to ensure complete satisfaction and renewal of the annual subscription every year;
Grow customers internally and externally by identifying other areas where the company can add value in a scalable manner;
Identify new customers, approach these new customers independently and acquire them using the customer acquisition strategy within the chosen market segment;
Work with distributors to ensure sales pipelines and payments are made on time;
Work with system integrators to ensure they develop professionally and are able to deploy the expected number of machines per month with the right quality and efficiency;
Find distributors and system integrators who can achieve a greater reach for the Infinite Uptime product and technology;
Make sales presentations as well as more detailed presentations with a basic level of technical language to customers;
Provide inputs for improvements in the sales and marketing strategy, customer acquisition strategy and customer activation strategy based on experience;
Achieve the set targets for sales, number of installations and number of devices added to the platform per month;
Ensure customers are satisfied and develop a key metric to measure customer satisfaction and success which can be monitored and tracked;
Interact with the management of all customers to ensure a common goal and agenda regarding Industry 4.0, so that they have a clear vision of the future of digitization of factories & the value drivers;
Interact with manager and peers to discuss sales and marketing objectives, challenges and identify solutions;
Provide frequent progress reports, both casually and in written format;
Document decisions, strategy implementation, and outputs;
Present methods and results to peers, management and customers as necessary.

Having a strong network, contacts in the manufacturing, process industry.
