We are an Odisha based FMCG company having our own production and marketing facilities of over 103 products under our own brand Casey Foods. We are currently hiring a District Recruitment Officer on an urgent basis to hire candidates in their own district for our company.
Role and Responsibilities –
He should hire marketing candidates in his district both physically and digitally.
He will recruit potential candidates for Block Sales Manager and District Sales Manager.
He will physically screen, verify and scrutinize prospective candidates on the field and then forward the same to the company’s HR cell if found eligible.
He shall be responsible to make them aware of their job roles and responsibilities.
He shall be responsible to send eligible candidates to this office through the HR Coordinators.
Other Field recruitment processes as and when instructed.
He must be a married person with at least 45 years of age.
He must be a Graduate, with a Bachelors’ or equivalent degree.
He must have at least 7 years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in field recruitment.
He should be ready to travel within his district (even to blocks and Gram panchayats) to search potential candidates for Block Sales Manager and District Sales Manager.
He should be ready to work independently and should be ready to handle tight deadlines.
He must have experience in recruitment and staffing.
