ACCOUNTS MANAGER – must have the following skill set
Ø Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your
accounts
Ø Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Ø Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts
and agreements to maximize profit
Ø Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management
matters
Ø Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Ø Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Ø Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer
stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ø Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to
customer needs and objectives
Ø Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal
and external directors.
Ø Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of
improvement to meet sales quotas
Ø Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual
forecasts)
Ø Prepare reports on account status
Ø Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Ø Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Ø Must have knowledge in all taxations.
Ø Must be proficient in TALLY.
Ø Must file returns on time.
Ø Must have Team Leader Qualities.
JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
Salary for Accounts Manager:
Experience: Min 5years to max 15
Min 35000 to 50,000 / month (vary according to the experience)
